MAX
Better known as "MAX", we meet on Thursday nights from 7:00 PM to 8:40 PM at Hope Center Covenant Church. Thursday night meetings are typically highlighted by fellowship, crazy antics from the MAX staff, student-lead worship and occasional special events.

In addition, each night is themed around a lesson. Lessons are developed to bring students closer to God. One of the core values for Hope Center Covenant Church is to be "real and relevant". This concept is extended to our youth ministry as well. Discussions focus on real-life situations and experiences.

Most of the time, we discuss the daily lessons in large groups. However, sometimes we divide the larger group into "C.E.L.L. Groups" (Committed Environment for Learning and Loving). These smaller gatherings are designed to connect students and explore issues on a deeper level.

Everyone knows that high school is anything but easy. But we believe that with a knowledge of God and the Bible, and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, guidance through the toughest of times is available to all.

And we definitely know how to have fun. From games of wiffleball and indoor hockey to eating donuts and watching movies. Fellowship is at the core of everything we do. There are also various trips throughout the year including leadership retreats, snow trips, Christmas caroling in San Francisco, and local Christian concerts.
